fun day....for me

yesterday was a great day! i went to the mall....didn't do alot of walking or lifting as per MD order but i did put the rest of the panda bear line on hold at Gymboree for todays Gymbucks SALE! let me just say....Baby Sarah is going to be Stylin and Profilin! I Also went to Baby's R US and looked at some beautiful crib/furniture sets...I just wish the husband could be here to help pick out what he likes too. His comments on all this is......"if you like it it must be great, so buy it!" umm yeah i don't think 1300 for a crib, Armoire and changing table/drawers is worth it...but i think its cute how he pretends its ok to spend that much!

Talked to the husband last night and we discussed more baby stuff as usual. He also went through the drill...."who do u call if there is an emergency!?" speech. He started classes for field training today....which him and his friend Hansen call "Death by PowerPoint" and said he had a really bad day....he does his field training on sunday and wont get to have contact with loved ones for 5 days :( im not liking this but.....its only 5 days. its not like BMT where there was no letters or calls for 6 weeks. he said it was like 5 degrees at the field sight and that some people had to leave bc of frostbite. i just hope that he can tough it out so he doesnt have to go through it more than once......hes gonna be fine, but i still cant help but worry. I guess its what men do best....make the women in there lives worry! he did say his friend Twomey should be coming back today....so maybe he can give him some pointers. I'm telling u though without Twomey he was like a lost puppy dog....I mean he misses home and family, but his friends are like his salvation....and I could definitely tell the difference in his voice and his face (on the cam) without him around. ok well thats enough for now....im gonna try to lay down for another hour before this day needs to start....
