busy busy busy!

well it sure has been a while since i posted last....but its been so hectic around here. ...

work has just been getting harder and harder and more frustrating! since the 11th i worked my normal shifts...((2 12 hr and 2 8 hr shifts) i even worked overtime for the ER one day for 4 hrs)) and i hung up on a Joke of a Doctor because he was being a belligerent rude jerk not to mention didn't even call me back until 11pm...when i paged him at 930pm!!! He covered himself by saying he didn't have his pager on home THEN he tried to say it was my fault because i didn't call him at home....when we don't have his house number at work!! JERK! I have gotten punched in the stomach...baby is ok! scratched and bit!! by a patient who was pleasantly confused then all of a sudden combative...just to RRT him the next morning because it looked like he was having Mini Strokes...well the beginnings of them. The Halls are getting much longer, so they seem and it seems like the hospital is getting ridiculous. Im not sure if its my hormones/back pain/stress or a combo, but ya get yelled at because you stay over an hr to finish your job but then get yelled at if you leave stuff for the next shift...plus if something happens (ex. RRTing a patient at 6am) you have to stay with that patient and then chart and so fourth yet that is the busiest time of the morning for passing meds, doing rounds, and getting ready for change of shift....ok i think i am done complaining about work....i feel like i just got myself worked up! hehe.

Well Charles has been doing well. He had a 4 day weekend where him and Hansen got to spend some time together/hanging out and relaxing. they deserve it! Charles is worried about me and the baby...more and more every day! he found out that his training was bumped up from march 31 to the 18th AND he cannot take any leave or RAP until he is done with Flight training...so there goes him coming home early in march...:( he can come home once my water breaks and hope that he is here for the delivery, lets see....Oklahoma to Pittsburgh...don't forget layovers....he said "baby no offense, i hope your in labor for at least 7-8 hrs"...haha now that is true love! I think his "first shirt" said that he will be able to stay for a week after that birth then he has to go back :( It looks like Baby Sarah and I will be doing plenty of Oklahoma trips the next few months!!

WHOOT!! the BABY SHOWER IS OVER!! it was so stressful planning one of those! well i didn't plan it my family/friends did, but it was stressful just watching them! haha. now looking back at it, i am so glad i took them all to Olive Garden for dinner! Needless to say the shower was a hit. Mom made the best home made food...pirogies, rigatoni, fruit salad, macaroni and potato salads and dont forget the sandwich rings! the center pieces were beautiful thanks to my bestest friend! and the games/prizes and favors were great too! My sisters Cathy Dawna and Georgeann worked hard to pull everything together and oh i forgot the decorations! THEY WERE GREAT! My dad even helped out a bunch by getting the fire hall and doing the manly jobs....trash duty, making sure us women were happy and of course...EATING! i love my family!!! Baby Sarah and I are so blessed to have them!

Oh and i think i need to buy a house just for the baby! She got alot of presents! seriously, i have stuff in our room and over my neighbors because it all wouldn't fit!!!! well i still have a ton of packing and furniture moving to do so we can get the crib up and ready! This child seriously has enough clothes to clothe china! tons of wipes and diapers and the list goes on! her bath tub even allows for a "jet like" system. old water out, new water in, bubbles, and a temp gauge to make sure its the perfect temp for her at all times! Charles and i want one too!! hehe!

the weather here has be super nuts! one day its snowing then the next its raining and then sunny and then icy and then well you get the picture! i just cannot wait for spring!!! Baby Sarah wont be able to cause me pain....just fatigue, it will be warmer AND Charles will be home for a bit! not to mention work....i wont have to for at least 6 weeks!!! and at most 9 weeks! YAY! o my....well nature calls...im out for the count. toodles for now!
