SNOW SNOW SNOW!!! :)

It has been about 2 weeks since my hubs has been gone, so we decided to take a trip back home. This is for a couple reasons....My mom is driving back with us for a month to help me out with my crazy kiddos and family is very important to both me and my husband so I want them to see the kids before they get to big! Which they really already are!! :(

On our way up the weather well...its January!! lol. Oklahoma was getting some snow....which I was nervous about because if they get snow all roads SHUT DOWN! It was ok though....no roads were shut down and we made it to Missouri. This is where we saw a Fed Ex tuck flip over...NICE. Really, what I want to say to all the truckers out there..SLOW DOWN!!! You will make it and if you don't meet the deadline at least you and others will STILL BE ALIVE!!! Illinois and Indiana were uneventful...just alot of snow. Ohio, well TONS of snow and people just do not know how to drive!!! We made it to PA safely and well no surprise there...MORE SNOW! :)

So, What did I do??? Went to Walmart, Target, another Walmart, the mall and Dicks where I was finally able to purchase sleds and snowsuites that were good and age appropriate for my kids....

Both of them LOVE the snow. Sarah (almost 3) loves sledding...every which way, face first, backwards, sitting and being dragged. Sofia.....LOVED the snow too! For only being 8 months I thought for sure she would cry...Nope all giggles her way.

We made snow angels and a snow man too...
When it came time to come it because their little hands were too cold...almost frozen! They did nothing but CRY! lil turds!! lol

So glad we made a trip up in the winter...we could never guarantee this much fun in OKC! :)
